I’m obsessed with all things psychology, philosophy and the paradox that is life, I blend a student’s mindset with strategic action to my everyday life, packing in as much experience as possible.

Wielding a diverse toolset for soul inquiry, I use a no-BS approach to guide people into the same kind of honest self-inquiry that has shaped my own growth… to cut through noise, identify what’s real, and show up for themselves and in their relationships with authenticity and intention.
